NerveCall (operated by HyperCloud Pro) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our services.
What Data We Collect
We collect the following types of data:
- Call Detail Records (CDR): Phone call metadata including call times, durations, caller IDs, dialed numbers, dispositions, and routing information imported from your Nextiva system.
- Call Metadata: Hunt group mappings, agent assignments, location tags, and custom labels you configure within NerveCall.
- Account Information: Company name, billing contact details, user names, email addresses, and authentication credentials managed through Supabase Auth.
- Usage Analytics: Dashboard views, report downloads, feature usage patterns, and login activity to help us improve the platform.
- Support Data: Messages, attachments, and correspondence submitted through our support channels.
How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to:
- Provide analytics dashboards, scorecards, and reporting features.
- Generate scheduled reports and executive summaries.
- Power missed call tracking, location comparisons, and performance metrics.
- Maintain and improve platform security, reliability, and performance.
- Communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate NerveCall:
- Stripe — for payment processing and billing management.
- Resend — for transactional emails, report delivery, and notifications.
- Supabase — for database storage, authentication, and realtime infrastructure.
- Cloudflare — for CDN, DDoS protection, and edge network delivery.
All third-party providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and may only use it for the specific services they provide to us.
Data Retention
We retain your data according to the following schedule:
- CDR Data: Retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 30 days after account closure, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Account Data: Retained for 90 days after account termination for billing and legal purposes.
- Usage Analytics: Aggregated and anonymized after 12 months; raw logs retained for 90 days.
- Support Data: Retained for 2 years to maintain support history and improve service quality.
Your Rights
As a NerveCall customer, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate account information through your profile settings.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data and CDR records, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Export: Download your CDR data and reports in standard formats at any time.
- Objection: Opt out of non-essential communications and analytics tracking.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables. For full details, see our Security page.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
